The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) assessment is a tool to help you develop an understanding of your preferences and the career and work environment that may best complement them.

Completing the assessment should take approximately 15-25 minutes. You must schedule an appointment with your Transition Assistance coach in order to receive the assessment results. Our Transition Assistance coaches are qualified in administering MBTI and can assist you in understanding your results and applying them to your job search.
